You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements to use our services.
3. Service Description
Volmari provides business consulting services including but not limited to:
- Strategic Narrative Development

Services are delivered in Hong Kong. Geographic restrictions may apply at our discretion. Service availability is subject to consultant capacity and is not assured without a signed engagement agreement.

When using this website or engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to access systems or data beyond what is publicly available
- Cooperate with the consulting process by providing requested information in a timely manner

5. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, design, and structure, is the intellectual property of Volmari. Consulting deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the client for internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise deliverables without written consent from Volmari. Volmari retains the right to use anonymised methodologies and frameworks developed during engagements in future work.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) as specified in the engagement agreement. Standard payment terms are 50% upon engagement commencement and 50% upon delivery of final materials. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to a Hong Kong bank account. Late payment may result in suspension of the engagement at Volmari's discretion.
7. Refund Policy
The commencement fee (50%) is non-refundable once work has begun. If an engagement is terminated by the client before completion, fees are pro-rated based on work completed at the date of termination, as assessed by Volmari. If Volmari is unable to deliver services due to circumstances within our control, a proportionate refund will be offered.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided in good faith based on information supplied by the client. Volmari does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing in our deliverables constitutes a legal opinion or regulated financial advice. Outcomes described in case studies or testimonials reflect specific client circumstances and are not a representation of results achievable by all clients.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Volmari's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Volmari against any claims, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of deliverables, or provision of materially inaccurate information during an engagement.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. Termination does not release the client from payment obligations for work already performed. Clauses relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation under the Hong Kong Mediation Centre before any legal proceedings are commenced. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. General Provisions
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Volmari with respect to website use
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect
- Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right
- You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
