Who are Volmari's engagements suited for?
Volmari works with mid-size businesses, family offices, and professional services firms based in or operating from Hong Kong. Our engagements are best suited for leadership teams that want structured thinking applied to a defined challenge — not open-ended advisory retainers.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Our services run between three and five weeks depending on scope. Strategic Narrative Development takes three weeks; Procurement Efficiency Review takes four; Crisis Management Planning is a five-week process. Each engagement has defined milestones so your team always knows where we stand.
Is the pricing fixed or subject to change?
The prices listed — HK$3,800, HK$4,600, and HK$5,900 — represent standard engagements. If a project requires expanded scope or additional deliverables, that is discussed and agreed before work begins. There are no hidden costs.
How do you handle sensitive business information?
Confidentiality is foundational to how we work. All engagements are covered by a non-disclosure agreement signed before any substantive conversations take place. Information shared with Volmari is used exclusively for the purpose of the engagement.
What happens after the engagement ends?
Each engagement concludes with a handover session where deliverables are walked through in detail with relevant team members. We provide a short window for follow-up questions after handover at no additional charge. Some clients return for subsequent engagements; there is no obligation to do so.
Can we combine more than one service?
Yes, and we often recommend sequencing services — for example, a Strategic Narrative project may benefit from being followed by a Procurement Review once the narrative direction is set. We can discuss the best sequence for your organisation during an initial consultation.
